We are a limited company registered in Kenya offering State of the Art One Stop in Physical Rehabilitation (all in one place), I.e. Physiotherapy, Occupational Therapy, Orthopedic Trauma (Plaster), Home Based Care and selling of assorted rehabilitative Equipment (Wheelchairs, Crutches, Corsets, joint supports, etc.)
Our clinicians treat a wide variety of issues some specializing in certain areas while others see a broad range of conditions. Knee, back, shoulder and neck soreness remain the most common treatments that our therapist will see as well as managing stroke survivors, acquired brain injuries, post-operative orthopaedic patients and sports injuries.
Some conditions and ailments that therapy can benefit include but not limited to: Neurological; acquired brain injuries, concussions, Parkinsons, muscular schlerosis, spinal cord injuries, stroke survivors. Musculoskeletal; Back, neck, shoulder, knee. Repetitive strain; Carpal tunnel, tendinitis, tennis and golfer’s elbow. Postoperative; Total knee replacement, total hip replacement, back surgery, heart surgery. Pediatric; Movement disorders, developmental delays, mucular dystrophy, cerebral palsy, patellofemoral syndrome. Sports injuries; ACL, MCL, knee, back, concussions. Women’s health; Pregnancy issues, urinary incontinence and lymphedema.
Physiotherapy or Occupational Therapy are designed to treat you as an individual. A full assessment of your condition will take place on your first appointment. The therapist will do a physical assessment that will include tests on strength, your range of motion, balance and restrictions. The physiotherapist will also review all relevant medical reports. Together with the client, the therapist will set realistic and achievable goals. Your physio will begin by making a full treatment plan for your rehabilitation program and make a schedule of appointments.
Our clients are seen either in our Clinics, Home-Based Care (you will be seen in your home) or Virtual (use of video or telephone).
No, we do see walk-in patients as well. However, we do recommend that you contact your private health insurance company as they may require a medical referral to authorize reimbursement of treatment charges.

We accept M-Pesa cash payments (Pay Bill) as well as most insurance covers as long as your cover is current.
Yes, we accept insurances where we are enlisted as providers – CIC, Madison, Minet, MUA, KPLC, AAR, Saham, Kengen, Kenyan Alliance, GA.  But most cash patient with insurances where we are not yet enlisted get insurance claims filled for reimbursement through their employer.  
Most insurances we are enlisted with demand that their clients swipe their employer provided cards on either Smart Reader or Mtiba systems. But you will need to come with your or beneficiary National ID. 
Our professionals see a wide range of clients with various conditions. But, it is important any therapist you choose has pertinent professional experience to manage your particular condition.
